Bramblewood Turkeys

Our Norfolk Bronze Turkeys are raised in a single batch of 100 birds and are allowed to roam and forage through the woods of the historic Preston Hall Estate. They live the ideal lives any Turkey could hope for and are helping to rebuild the health of our woods. If I were a Turkey, I'd want to be one of these guys.

Here's how it works:

• To reserve your Turkey, you'll pay a £50 deposit now which is refundable within 14 days. After that, the money is secured and will go towards caring for the birds. 

• Over the next few months you'll receive updates on your bird and how they're getting on. (unless you opt out) and e invited to come for a visit on one of our open farm days.

• In the run up to Christmas we'll release the available sizes and we'll ask you to submit your preferred size. Priority will be given based on order number (the early worm gets the bird...?)

• To confirm your selection we'll ask you to complete payment at a rate of £16 per kg minus your deposit. so for a 5kg bird that would be £80 total, minus £50 deposit, which would leave a £30 final payment. 

• On collection day (23 December 2025) we'll have the birds ready for you at the farm, where we'll host a Christmas celebration with food and drink for all our customers and supporters. You can meet the community and pick up any other products we have available before we break for the holidays.
