Bramblewood Christmas Turkeys

Our Norfolk Bronze Turkeys have been lovingly raised in a single batch of 100 birds in our homemade brooder. After five weeks, they grew their feathers and were released to roam and forage through the woods and meadows of the historic Preston Hall Estate. They live the ideal lives any Turkey could hope for and are helping to rebuild the health of our woods and pastures. If I were a Turkey, I'd want to be one of these guys.

Here's how it works:

• To reserve your Christmas Turkey, fill in the reservation form below, and we'll send you a payment link for a £50 deposit. This will secure your bird.

• Over the next few months you'll receive updates on your bird and how they're getting on (unless you opt out) and be invited to come for a visit on one of our open farm days.

• In the run up to Christmas we'll release the available sizes and try to match your preferred size. Priority will be given to the earliest order (the early worm gets the bird...?) but you'll only pay for the size you get, you'll not lose out. 

• Before collection, we'll ask you to complete payment at a rate of £18 per kg minus your deposit. so for a 5kg bird that would be £90 total, minus £50 deposit, which would leave a £40 final payment. 

• On collection day (23 December 2025) we'll have the birds ready for you at the farm, where we'll host a Christmas celebration with food and drink for all our customers and supporters. You can meet the community and pick up any other products we have available before we break for the holidays.
