Terms and conditions

1. What is the Founding Member Offer?

By pre-purchasing £100 of farm produce now, you are supporting the growth of Bramblewood Farm and securing a £100 credit toward any future harvest.
Your contribution helps us to build the farm while keeping costs down, focus on quality, and share the benefits of regenerative agriculture with our community.

As a thank you, your name will also be featured on our Founders’ Wall (unless you choose to remain anonymous).

2. What Can I Redeem My £100 Credit For?

Your £100 credit can be redeemed against any available Bramblewood Farm products or services.

Products will be subject to seasonal availability.

3. When and How Can I Redeem My Credit?

Redemption will open with the first available produce after the Christmas hamper. You will receive email updates explaining how to redeem your credit. Credits can be used across multiple purchases until your balance is spent, or applied to larger orders.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase. After 14 days, your contribution becomes committed to supporting the farm's development and is non-refundable.

5. What Happens if the Farm Cannot Deliver Produce?

While we take every care to steward the farm responsibly, agriculture carries inherent risks.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver produce due to extraordinary circumstances (such as severe weather, disease, or legal restrictions), we will offer a full refund.

We are committed to transparency and fairness at every step.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

Your personal information will be used only to manage your purchases and communicate updates. We will never sell or share your information without your consent.

7. Changes to Terms

Bramblewood Farm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if necessary.
If changes are made, we will notify all Founding Members directly.
