Our meat and eggs, plus whatever our neighbours have grown or baked that week.
One order, one van, to your door.
Order when you want it, skip when you don't.
Fresh comes weekly. Veg, eggs, milk, bread, whatever's good.
Meat comes monthly. Ordered big, for the freezer, because that's how a freezer works.
We deliver Thursdays, across Midlothian and into Edinburgh.

We supply restaurants and independent shops around Edinburgh and the Lothians.
Cardinal, the Gilded Saloon, and Schloss Roxburghe are just a few of our customers.
Whole and half carcass, or cut to your spec in our own butchery. Chicken, pork, hogget and mutton. Eggs by the tray.
We'll tell you what's coming and when, so you can plan a menu round it rather than guess.

We're at Haddington Farmers market and Eskbank brewing Company market on the last weekend of the month.
Come and chat to us. It's the easiest way to try something before you order a freezer's worth of it.

Whether it's for an occasion, food Security, or bulk price Economics, we can help you to navigate the process and make sure you get exactly what you want.
You can even come out to select the animal yourselves if you wish.
